This series of filling machines integrates light, electricity, gas and PLC microcomputer control. The actions from bottle inlet positioning, filling, and bottle out are all completed automatically. It adopts inline high-precision magnetic gear pump servo motor pulse control quantitative filling, and directly adjusts different filling volumes on the touch screen. The filling machine at each stage has independent coefficient fine-tuning. It does not need to replace parts to replace containers of different shapes and adjust different filling volumes. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel and special corrosion-resistant materials. The unique filling head ensures that the filling is drip-free. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, stable and reliable performance, fast production speed, accurate filling, simple operation, and strong adaptability. It is widely used in various easy-flowing liquids without particles in food and beverages (such as tea beverages, soy sauce, wine, vinegar, milk, etc.), medicine, chemical industry, pesticides (containing acids, alkalis, organic solvents or dimethylbenzene) and other industries. Replacing and adding a small number of parts can be applied to high-temperature filling of 95°C and filling of easy-to-foam liquids.
